Wilder is no Ruddock, surely. I'd even say Wilder is barely a 'boxer'. Ruddock had two great fights with a still very good Mike Tyson. I don't think Deontay would've lasted 5/6 rounds with that Tyson. Anyways, I respect your view, just different to mine.

I don't get it, either. Lennox was demolishing Razor Ruddock at the same stage as AJ is at now and really he's a good couple of levels above AJ and he fought in a FAR better era. Now we have near garbage like Dillian Whyte as a top contender, ffs. Lennox is a proven warrior/legend. End of.

Ruddock was ripe for a loss after 2 fights with Tyson. Ruddock śtylewise was easier for Lewis , he had a bad habit of dipping down for over hand rights. Even bone Crusher almost knocked him out another 6'5 fighter. Joshua Klitschko win far better then Lewis win over shot Tyson or Vitali.

You say FAR better AJ beating Wlad than Lewis stopping Vitali? Vitali was in his prime, Wlad definitely was not. Vitali was a better fighter than Wlad and Lewis was at the very end of his career. Lewis > AJ & Vitali > Wlad.
But I agree that Lewis vs Tyson meant little or nothing. Word.

you say that but the guy was serially detroyed by middleman all his career. So, I dunno, maybe you should choose your fibs better.
Ruddock may have struggled with a small handful of middlemen but he didnt get smashed up by them serially.

Ruddock walks through all of wlads so called "prime" reign where he defended against largely a bunch of clowns, except haye and pov who he would still beat with difficulty. His resume suggests he would beat Fury too, not get clowned by him like Wlad did.

Joshua is likely speaking from experience...

Boxing is a small community. They've crossed paths so for Joshua to say what he said tells me that Lewis does in fact sing a different tune to his face.

Doesn't mean he's shook. Some people are just two faced.

Serially destroyed all his career? Despite having an undefeated run that lasted over ten years? I think you need to pick your fibs a bit better. Wlad defeated the best around. Much like mike Tyson did in his heyday. His resume does not suggest he would beat fury either.

If Lewis and Joshua fought tomorrow Lewis would still beat the Nigerian Robot.

i tinhk you know loads of people have unbroken runs if they fight nearly all bums and noones.

wlad knew for a fact he would pick up another 3or 4 losses if he kept fighting approaching world class for long periods...thats why hes got fork lift driver/cancer patient/plumber on his resume during that run, a step down from even the middlers who killed him a few years earlier.

Thats said he has a few good wins too and he is obviously a fairly good fighter within a narrow skillset ability. Outside that he falls fast.

Joshuas ALL OVER youtube talkin' tough, saying he needs only 3rnds to demolish Wilder.

Lennox was ALWAYS on the scene in less dramatic fashion, with an announcement out of nowhere he was going to fight so & so!! Lennox was more pedestrian and still is, in contrast AJ LOVES photo shoots and being in front of a camera. You can also sense AJ has a burning compelling desire to star in toothpaste commercials

Like you inferred, Lennox is actually being cordial, there wouldnt have been a PEEP out of Lennox if Wilder & AJ was going for #2 (a rematch). Lennox woulda now been talkin' "strategy" that took place in the ring, basically pointing out flaws & strengths to improve on in both men..... Now?? He's gotta point out that AJ needs to get a YOUNG PRIME Wilder in the ring for a LEGACY building fight(!), not PAST PRIME or part time fighters looking for a quick buck.
                      On Point also.
