Danny has lots of good qualities but I think Canelo is a sharper, more precise puncher. I also think he's faster handed and tougher. Danny Jacobs has the size and length to use to his advantage though. He's also very powerful and has the ability to move quickly on his feet. Lots of good qualities that both guys possess. I think Jacobs is going to use lots of movement in an attempt to nullify Canelo's sharper skills. Jacobs will also be wanting to stay away from those vicious body shots from Canelo. I don't know how Golovkin withstood those kind of punches. He must have a gut made of steel.

      Here’s the honest truth.

We all know at the high prize fight level these names are allowed the minimum of 10lb the morning of. Chavez Jr. was allowed 174lb minimum morning of. Fielding was allowed 178lb the morning of. Jacobs will have to be 170lb the morning of.

Canelo had a hard time moving the Fielding weight of 185lb minimum on fight night. I take Fielding added 7 pounds more during the day of the fight, not that his skill level posed a threat for Team Canelo anyways. Same goes Chavez Jr. Chavez looked 180lb max, even thought was rumored he would be 184lb when he was at 160, and more than sure HBO didn’t mind it either.

So now Jacobs wil probably be 176lb on fight night. Same as in the Devrenyanchenko fight. Canelo has proved to move this weight as seen with Chavez Jr. Or having GGG stepped back out of balance. So we know for a fact that Canelo now even heavier than when he fought Chavez Jr. is going to move Jacobs off his feet. This is why Jacobs shouldn’t use high guards or attempt to brawl. He can get staggered.

Jacobs will most likely jab one here and there where we will see Canelo defense as in the Khan and Cotto fight. Canelo always has a different style in different matches, and the best Canelo we have not seen.

Rozier has no sparring partner that is intuitive to hit Danny with the sneaky right in a counter. That’s a Canelo trait from the master himself.

If I'm Nelo, I'm in DJ's kitchen. Pressure from the jump. Nelo will be confident he can outhustle DJ on the inside while also avoid taking big shots. Get inside and stay there.

He can also lure DJ into overcommitting, by going to the ropes and countering.

I see Nelo being better at everything than DJ.

LOl, Jacobs isnt slowing down at 32, he's just never been that good. Golovkin and sanchez came in giving Jacobs too much respect, Jacobs was there all night to get ko'd by Golovkin. They made Jacobs look good not the other way around.

The canelo fight will be the usual, jacobs will fight negative and try to be as boring as possible, feints, feints, switchibg stances, makes faces, running around all to avoid a fight and hope he gets rounds by virtue of no fight, which looks like "outboxing" to the idiots

Im fully expecting Canelo to do better than Golovkin and maybe ko Jacobs, since Canelo is not afraid to throw bombs at anyone.
