I think the Povetkin that Joshua defeated defeats the Ortiz who fought Wilder. Its pretty simple here with Ortiz competition and how he struggles to put guys away.....keep in mind David Allen wasn't actually stopped either . I think Ortiz has slipped a bit and he weighed what he should. Ortiz as far as I can see is a top 5 but hes at 5 ...Or is he?
