  • Comments Thread For: Espinoza Feels Joshua Wants Wilder Fight, Hearn Does Not

New York - Showtime Sports head Stephen Espinoza was an active participant in the social media world, when he and Matchroom Sports CEO Eddie Hearn engaged in a war of words regarding the Anthony Joshua (22-0, 21 KO's)-Deontay Wilder (40-1, 39 KO's) negotiations.

Wilder's management team can do no wrong with Espinoza.
Hearn has been the only one making an effort to make the fight happen.
Finkel doesn't even have balls to meet with Hearn in person.
What kind of attitude is that?
Shirley is in his 70s, yet he's acting like a child.

So Hearn sends multiple offers to Wilder, each one getting better and better, but somehow it's Hearn that doesn't want the fight? This is ****** Wilder fan logic 101. It's like playing a video game on inverted where left is right and right is left. What this guy should be saying is Wilder thought he could make fights against a 60% Fury, but Fury played him and now Wilder's best bet is a Breazeale or Kownacki fight that (again) won't fill up an arena. So Showtime is out in the cold just like Wilder is. Wilder needs to humble himself, realize that he is not the man with his one belt, and accept the career high purses that Hean and DAZN are offering him. Otherwise, he will make 1-2 million for the rest of his career fighting more bums.

Fury didn’t play him he played himself lol. This toprank deal will end badly and he will be froze out it will be Wilder Joshua at the end of the year. Wilder is worth 20M so I’m sure he’s fine with this fake 1-2million paydays you mentioned lmao. Wilder didn’t think he could get 60-40 those were the rules and have always been the rules for a championship fight. Fury is a cheater so of course he doesn’t think the rules apply to him. Wilder will continue to build his networth while Fury has to answer to his 3 bosses while going back to fighting bums. He is a boring fighter fans won’t shell out money once they see his fighting style has always been boring.

Hearn is trying to milk DAZN for whatever he can before they blow their load. The money that DAZN is paying out to fighters is not equal to their subscribers. They'll be financially *****ed in a year or 2

This is what ails the sport.
The people who you expect to be the voice of reason, mediator,
            are defending the indefensible.
Espinoza, the guy who is supposed to know everything about Wilder's worth,
what he deserves, an average purse of $1.2 mil on Showtime.
Wilder, whose only meaningful fight is Ortiz out of 40 fights,
            ducked Klitschko...
Here is Hearn offering almost 10x more plus 3 title shots.
            Tsk tsk...

LOL Nobody could care less about what this liar has to say on that subject any more. He got schooled, fooled, rinsed, served sonned and sent to bed with no supper by Hearn on Twitter the other day. The biggest problem with what Espinoza is saying is that the people from Wilders own side have told us for a fact what he is still trying to deny. The other problem with Espinoza is he is not as involved in all the planning and plotting as he thinks he is and hes not been kept in the loop with some of this stuff which is why he thinks he knows what hes talking about but is wrong and is making a bit of a **** of himself infront of everybody and on social media.

LOL Wilders worth what now? Lets see him get 20M for Breazeale. Although its not impossible, we know somebody who probably did.

                  its common sense

if wilder loses haymon and Espinoza live on and are still power players in the sport....still a wealth of talent left

if AJ loses hearn is no longer a power player in the sport

its common sense...and very simple...easy to see

Espinoza still not providing any evidence this 3 page terms was sent? All they have to do is go in their sent folder and it'll be there with date and everything. It was never sent. More lies from Wilders side.
