Why? Has Ortiz fought any of those guys?
Whyte has been calling out Ortiz,
Luis, according to Dillian, wants silly money.
Meaning, Ortiz can't/won't fight Whyte until he gets retirement pay.
          Much like Wilder on AJ.

So who is more deserving of a shot at Wilder's next fight,
            Breazeale or Whyte?

Whyte easily. Wilder doesn't even deserve that title, he lost to Fury, he's a paper champ.

if I remember correctly the wbc mandated a fight between Ortiz and Whyte and Dillian turned it down as they wouldn’t guarantee wilder next. Not a decision I disagree with.

If Parker and Ortiz were to fight, who would your money be on?

That fight would have been for 2nd mandatory behind Breazeale. So he would have got a shot 1 year after Breazeale. Breazeale still hasn't had his, so it was pointless and Whyte was right to turn it down.
