Jacobs has punching power but he won't land any heavy punches. His skills are not good enough to compete Canelo. Canelo has a very good defence and his timing is great compared to Jacobs'.

Jacobs will get outboxed and KO'd out . That's my prediction. So I am not even waiting this fight.

I never really followed Canelo but his body type just seems very hard to even get to the body on. Maybe some guys have been able to on him but I've never seen it. He is a smaller squatty guy and his arms seem to cover up his midsection.

There's one thing that we both can attest to and that he has a very hard head

I agree for the most part. I think the GGG really did take a lot out of Jacobs whereas Canelo looks almost energized after the 2 GGG fights. I think Canelo outboxes him and then digs in to the body and head late and scores a KO.

He certainly does. I like your analysis on what Jacobs needs to do to get the KO as well...take the fight to the inside and take risks there...maybe that opens up Canelo's body but as you said it is risky. Will be interesting to see if Danny does it but I think he plays it safe. We will see, looking forward to this one

I see DJ backing off and trying to survive, myself. He will put up a spirited effort for a while, though.

Good fight. Danny might be able to pull off the upset but will involve alot of movement which will hamper his ko chances. I favour canelo to stop him probably late however cant help but want danny to win

Yeah I agree the contender storyline with all that he’s been through certainly would be awesome for him. Canelo though, if he can KO him, then he deserves all the props he gets

A lukewarm effort, playing it safe and trying to do just enough to win, will not get it done. The judges won't give him the decision.

So he better go all out.
Exactly. He has to stop Canelo to win and be the aggressor. I just don't know if he can pull it off. That's why I have Canelo winning. I just don't see jacobs being aggressive enough to get the decision or the stoppage.
