I really hope Ortiz wins this and gets another title shot before he's too old for it to matter any more. I think he is over-rated by a lot of people, but he deserves another chance for almost beating Wilder and for his sheer persistence in refusing to give up his dream and go quietly into that good night.

    WAR KING KONG!!!

Is this even a good fight? The only fight of Hammer that I watched he was getting molly-whopped by Fury.

Hammer then mollywhopped Price a few years later. Funny-ass fight.

Fury was untouchable back then. Hammer is a solid upper tier journeyman/fringe contender. He gave Povetkin a good fight last year. I think this is a decent match-up and it could even be a dangerous one for Ortiz, at his age. When fighters get up into their late 30s and older, they are on borrowed time. Look what happened to Stevenson.

Ortiz is fighting who ever will fight him. Whyte, Miller, Povetkin, Parker, Fury, Joshua don't want to fight him. Wilder did, and is probably the only other top guy that will fight Ortiz.

In this fight, Christian Hammer will get hammered I think. He is durable though, so a good fight.

Honestly amazing what Ortiz is still able to do at 50+, father time may be undefeated, but Ortiz is up on the cards against him right now

No worry, Hammer is no opponent for Ortiz. Ortiz might look great in this one and destroy Hammer, just a showcase-fight. Hammer is just a good journeyman.
