No way it is a ppv card

It is way off the mark imo

The main event is a mismatch

Makes sense. Tatli is highly ranked with the sanctioning bodies. Top Rank wants Teofimo to get in position to fight for that vacant WBC belt if Garcia vacates.

He's ranked in the top 10 of the WBC so this makes sense. Will get him closer to being the mandatory for the WBC strap, or really put him in either a final eliminator or give him a chance to fight for the vacant strap if that is what ends up happening.

Then Lopez can fight Pedraza next before the year end potential title shot. And Loma early 2002.

This will be Lopez's first fight with a guy boxrec ranks in the top 20 at number 17. If he can beat him in style then I would have no complaints with him getting a fight with one of the 135 pound champions.
