Bruno did have great power but he did not have wilders power or speed nowhere near it....and I am a Bruno fan....I like Joshua and wilder too..

When you state 1 punch ko power look and see how many 1 punch ko wins Bruno got....do not misunderstand me here he had great power but 1 punch in both hands ko nope....

Look at Joshua now....Joshua for sure is a massive puncher...but see how many fights end with 1 punch....very very few...he builds up on a pressure plan...

Actual 1 punch ko power is almost unheard of to be honest...at the top you don't see fights ending with 1 punch often....normally 1 lands and the cluster ends it...as I say do not misunderstand me here....but actual 1 punch ko power only a few have....not saying all can not land it....I personally think the launch pad of wilder when it lands and the crap style he has when he swings gives him many side on hits....look at khan....people say crap chin....yet went 12 with 1 of the biggest punchers in Maidana yet gets sparked when he is square on inviting the full power hits canelo and Garcia landed...sometimes I think where it lands is the difference and wilders crap way of boxing makes him desperate landing on temples where a lot more damage caused...if not this the mantis lunge...it is the actual lunge speed that adds to the hit .

Please do not take this as wrong..I am English but Wilder power would have wiped he best of the 80s too...chins don't get worse with eras....or better...you just cant let Wilder land and Bruno would have.

Yea you can say all you want about Wilder's skills(outside right and pretty good jab)but his power is once in a generation power.Best PUNCHER since Foreman,Shavers although its more of a snap power(like Hearns)then being as heavy handed as George. If I live to be thousand ill never understand the hate for him the guy goes for KO every fight and is willing to fight anyone as his last two opponent's prove.Any manager/promoter that was being honest would say them are the LAST TWO they would want their heavy to fight before a BIG money fight with AJ.Good post

            RESPECTS John.

I do not have hate for any..love fact Fury went 12 and the argument it was more than 10 was ******...all counts are over 10.

I am a massive Bruno fan.....but facts are facts....Wilder been losing in about 8 fights and sparked all out..I ignore the silly points on his ability....I do listen but when you can hit like that and also not get dropped as a pro you are very special.

People stating 1 punch ko need to realise what this actually is...it aint hitting 12 times then 1 final hit....it is a spontaneous 1 punch that either knocks out or drops them...

David Tua was a 1 punch artist....Foreman and Shavers....the difference between the 4 is Wilder will lunge and when this happens the added force is increased....he also hits side of head which does much more damage than hitting a chin supported by the neck...hit side on you see boxers caught off guard and feet and body aint supporting...head rocks and lights go...this is why khan went 12 v maidana as maidana hit his chin not temple....khans chin good....but his style makes him caught the odd time from side hits or feet not allocated with body rite meaning he faces a brute hit with 0 defence.

Joshua reminds me of Khan...in the fact he has no head movement....and I do see Wilder ending it quick if he lands....overall Joshua 10 times better but this is not about ability...it is 1 punch...Ortiz massive puncher needed loads of hits.....Joshua will need same and when he comes in I see Wilder doing him ....

Catching some1 who aint ready for it gives you effectively a free punch....like sitting at a bar and some wimp runs up and smacks you......you will go down...a prime example is mayweather v Ortiz....watch it he cheats and gives mayweather free shot...as he aint set feet for the punch he is taking what wilder opponents take...unprepared damage...we need to get away thinking wilder out hits foreman on a static punch machine....he will NOT....wilder aint a slow roller tho....he will run at it.....punch machines judge head on force not where u hit and you cant run up....

Nice points I do agree Joshua is the better fighter in the sense he has better footwork massive puncher(not like Wilder though)and a more complete arsenal of punches.Hate to use the old style makes fights but it true and Joshua fights on the line with little head movment he also don't have a great chin. Not saying he is chinny but have NEVER heard so many stories about a guy getting dropped/hurt in sparring in 35ys and we have seen him hurt in fights.Wilder does have bad footwork and is off-balance a lot but when he snaps that jab and throw's that right he has his feet under him.And I really believe that its right up there with the BEST in History(power)its not really heavy handed like George but snap power with leverage(like Hearns)I see him sparking Joshua quick just based on above.Funny thing is I ALWAYS end up defending Wilder because the Brits(and others)are so overboard with AJ and American fans don't really follow our fighters esp Afican Americans.Ask ANY promoter in USA who he would rather have a Mexican,PR,or even a Polish guy(huge Polish in Chicago)or a Black fighter. They would pick the Black guy last and for record im 2nd Gen Irish. But back to AJ because of heath of sport being most important I would root for Wilder in 1st(sure rematch) AJ in 2nd and prob AJ in 3rd because he is younger and better chance to be a HUGE star.Thats how I WISH it would go anyways.

Fury was incredibly lucky, as most refs would have waved the fight off. But in this circumstance it was the right decision because he went on to out-box Wilder for the remainder of the round. He still had to answer the 10 count...

Wilder on the other hand was wobbly well after the round had finished.

It proves my point though, if Ortiz had huge power Wilder would have been out cold he's lucky that old man Ortiz gassed a few rounds later.
Continue defending Wilder like a good fanboy
Right here how much clearer can it be????????????
