Prediction :

If Mikey wins, Pac face him next

If Spence wins, Pac will face Thurman next

Then it's absolutely pointless for him to be ringside. If he can't get Floyd, he retires against Spence. Nobody wants to see Pacquiao-Thurman.

There are many ways to skin a cat. Floyd controlled the action, muted Manny's offense, controlled the distance, hit him with timely shots and outsmarted him. Floyd had the greatest boxing IQ and that was on display. Floyd determined that taking away Manny's aggressiveness was the best way to be victorious. His father had a different mindset because he saw how much of a prey that Manny was and he wanted Floyd wanted to press the action. Floyd disagree and proved to be correct. You can talk until you're blue in the face but Manny knows that he couldnt get off his shots that night and a injury that occurred against DeLaHoya was the excuse rather that praise Floyd for his excellent defense. His reluctance to give Floyd credit is why there wasn't and won't ever be a rematch. Other than money what would be the incentive. And if you say Floyd loves money and that would be enough, well Floyd walked away from an Oscar rematch based in principle.

When I watch the fight I think Floyd won. But its more along the lines of well you got to give it to somebody. Floyd didn’t put on a master class performance at all. It was more like he was stealing the rounds and settled for barely making it each round. Even his dad was telling him to pick it up.

If I didn’t see the fight in a while I can’t remember Floyd doing anything thing to manny but I can remember manny in those 2 flurries in the 4th and 6th which imo is the only highlight of the fight. But I think Floyd won more so on what manny is not good at doing like cutting off the ring and dealing with a real boxer more than Floyd doing anything to dominate him.

Right you think a dominant performance is what Floyd did to a Gatti, Corrales, Marquez even Canelo. But that's why Floyd is so special, he dominated with defense and. Feints, jabs, counters, Iq, just being a general. Big Floyd saw that Floyd could win by stoppage. Floyd clearly didn't agree and was content with just muting Manny. If Manny was able to solve Floyd's defense we would have seen more offense. But after 7 Floyd saw the fight was in the bag. Manny had nothing for him

If you're only fighting with the hopes of luring Mayweather back for a rematch, then please retire! Mayweather would need at least 2 camps, and one tune-up fight, before he could face you. What are you going to do in the meantime? I suggest fighting Geronta Davis @ 140, or maybe having a rematch with Jeff Horn @ 147? Basically you can do what ever you want, but please don't consider fighting Errol Spence Jr.! Don't go out like B-Hop! Go out on top!

I watched the 1st fight over and over again. I still can’t see how they say Floyd gave this man a boxing lesson? He dident really hit him clean at all, never hurt Pac-Man & when he says after the fight he thinks he Won I’m with him..That’s my opinion & I’m sticking to it..

Uh oh. I guess this means they trying to set up the Huge PPV with Thurman Vs Broner lol. I liked the Thurman vs Pac idea and would love to see that and Spence fight someone more in prime and without significant size advantage. Thurman has to prove he ready for prime guys by fighting 40 yr old pac. Have Spence fight Porter ffs. I mean it's not like either will fight again after these upcoming fights until next December. Sick of these BS matches. If Spence has the real goods let's start seeing it. And since PBC has boasted the deepest ww pool in boxing let's have some real fights. Pac beating Davis would be a GREAT retirement gift to give to Floyd. Cant beat Floyd or get him to fight. Do the next best thing....Beat his future Golden Goose before it hatches.
