You know that is never going to happen because Hunter is basically a nobody at this point and Usyk is fighter of the year.

Hunter a great boxer, very good jab but despite being very durable and awkward Usyk beat him pillar to post.

If Hunter moves up and enters the Top10 at least, why not that would be a great fight.

I hope they do it again in the HW division. Hunter fought Usyk in April 2017. His previous fight was May 2016! BAD MOVE! Hunter has stopped his last 3 opponents! Looks much better now @ HW. I hope Hearn gets him something good next!

"Hopefully I will get to fight him [again]. I know he's going to be moving up to heavyweight and hopefully my time will come where I meet him again," Hunter told Sky Sports.

"I was one of his toughest opponents, I would definitely say that. I can meet him on the boxing skills most of the time. Tony Bellew? I don't feel like he has the boxing skills that he [Usyk] does. A lot of other fighters that he fights don't have the boxing skills. I would say, skill for skill [I'm one of the toughest]."

Hunter admits that inexperience and coming off a near year of inactivity hurt him in the bout with Usyk.

"I didn't fight a year prior," Hunter said about his fight with Usyk. "I just jumped in there with the undisputed world champ. There's a lot of different things, right before the fight.

"Things weren't going as smooth, but I thought it was a great opportunity for me to jump up in the rankings and take a lead in my career. Unfortunately it didn't work out for myself.

"He's not a devastating puncher, so it wasn't like I got hurt, or took any war wounds from the fight. Just learning lessons."

Usyk would like to box Povetkin until he gasses then he would KO him around 8 or 9

Usyk isnt knocking out anyone at HW unless they are a punching bag with a glass jaw. Usyk was struggling with Bellew for God sake until Bellew tired out late and Usyk happened to catch him with a good shot. Nothing that impressive about Usyk. Povetkin will likely KO him, he will hit too hard and boxes better than Bellew.

Man I can't believe Usyk and his team are going through with the Povetkin fight!! Usyk has my respect!!

It's a terrific first fight to have in the division and will tell us all we need to know about Usyk as a heavy.

Usk fights like Ali sometimes, a sharpshooter who can anticipate your moves and be prepared to take advantage when you move. Povetkin would be a dangerous fight that I wouldn't advise at this point. Yet, I remember Ali jumping at Liston and everyone thinking he was trying too soon.

It's an intriguing fight. Height-skills-apprentice vs master journeyman-skills-size overcomer. It could be a smash takeoff into HW top 5 for Usyk, or it could end in a .... surprise smash.

You have to admire his courage and self confidence. I don't think it ends Povetkin's career if he lost (Usk will beat many more due to skill), unless Povetkin just decided to stop (he is 39).

Povetkin is already a gate-keeper. He rocked AJ and he could rock anyone (skill, toughness + experience). Yes I am avoiding the PEDS issue ...
