Usyk is quietly going under the radar in 'The big 3' Heavyweights discussion. I'm expecting another landmark year from the Ukrainian , with a shot at AJ to follow.

This will be a good fight, but it won't answer every question regarding Usyk at HW. Povetkin definitely has fight ending power in his fists, but he's not one of the giants of the division - Usyk may even be slightly taller if not nearly as stocky. Assuming Usyk wins this first test, I'd like to see him in with someone 6'5" or taller to see if he can handle the reach advantage the likes of Joshua, Wilder or Fury will have over him. I know he beat Joyce in the amateurs, but those fights are not 12 x 3 minute rounds. Comparing the amateur and professional codes of boxing is like comparing sprinters to distance runners.Comment
