If anything this EXPOSED just how incredibly sneaky/cold blooded Spence Jr is. Listen to the words he spoke and the manner in which he said them, Spence even revealed things about himself psychologically that he previously hadn't with some of the things he said.

People are so focused on his style of expression, and that "super nice guy" vibe he gives off on surface that the actual KILLER mentality seeping through his wording/responses and his fighting style is seemingly going over their heads.

With that being said, Mikey has similar attributes to his character. He just doesn't decieve people with his energy the way Spence can. When Mikey shows the same traits, they are visible. He also hides them well though. They are both correct when they say themselves in one another.
