Nope. Kirkland, Angulo, and Lara have had more fights than Canelo at 155+ yet even after all those fights more than Canelo’s, how come nobody cried that those fighters “created their own class.”
Casual fans don’t look at Boxrec nor have registered a profile there to know that registered members can see the official weights they had. Go look at and see how many fights Angulo, Lara and Kirkland had above 155 before facing Canelo. The ask yourself, how come those fighters weren’t campaigning at 160?
It common for fans to regurgitate what others write without knowing the truth and thus creates false narratives against a fighter.Comment

The IBF rule that they made after GGG/Jacobs skipped the second day weighin for the weight advantage is still in effect. Jacobs threw the IBF title in the trash because he wanted to get the weight advantage. Danny still got dropped, without that weight advantage he might have not gotten up. At least now it will be a level playing field where both fighters weigh in at the same time, so I have no problem with this Canelo rule for the second day weighinComment

There's an interview with Canelo on fight hype today where he says, he doesn't know who implemented the rehydration clause and then his translator tried to cover it up and say it was the ibf. All bulls***, it was clearly golden boy which jacobs confirms in another interview.Comment

IBF waives the clause during unification. Golden Boy put the clause in the contract.

Not surprising. There cash cow. He got them to do his dirty work. I’ve never heard about an organization putting a dehydration clause.
Sick and tired of Mayweather, oh sorry, “Canelo” manipulating $hyt. These fokin primadonnas.Comment
