Son Floyd knew about a fake injury that didn't exist in the first place and was miraculously healed with skat water? Ok

Roach is a pathetic liar. What a joke. He said before the shoulder was fine until he injured it in the 4th round, and nothing was signed about a prior injury or even mentioned before the fight. So, are they lying about it or just ******?

Hell, Pacquiao didn't think of the shoulder excuse when interviewed immediately after the fight, until someone reminded him of his injury for the press conference.

All Roach and Pac want is a retirement payday. Not happening.

Didn't Arum confirm that Pac suffered the injury against De La Hoya? These lies keep adding up. They don't understand that Mayweather will never rematch Pac simply because they won acknowledge that Pac lost. Yes money is great and is an incentive but all team Pac has done is try to sully Floyd's win and he knows it'll be the same thing again unless Floyd wins by KO. The fact of the matter is that Floyd took away Manny's aggressiveness and cruised to an easy victory.

Floyd Mayweather Might Not Show Up, Says Roach

                      April 30, 2015:

“I am wondering if he [Mayweather] is going to show up, I really do,” Roach said before their final press conference on Wednesday.”

“His speech is very subdued and low-key. I don’t think any fighter is afraid, but I think he [Mayweather] was forced into a fight he didn’t want to take. He didn’t get to pick this opponent like he usually does...”

Speaking with Reuters, Freddie Roach unhesitatingly acknowledges that he has examined more video of Floyd Mayweather than any other fighter and now he feels he and Filipino icon Manny Pacquiao are ready to win on May 2nd.

“We’ve had a great training camp,” said Roach. “We have more speed and more power and we are 100 percent ready for what he [Mayweather] will bring to the table.

“I have studied Floyd more than anyone else. I think we can outpoint him and win a decision. If the chance for a knockout comes, it will be a bonus. We like being the underdog.”

Once at the top of the fight game, Freddie Roach is now picking himself up from the canvas

                      July 6. 2018:

The only active champion Roach has in camp is little-known super-featherweight Alberto Machado.

“A little disappointing, of course,” Roach says of residing outside his sport’s brightest lights.

“It’s fun to be famous … last Sunday I went out to my mailbox with a cup of coffee and a guy drives up and says, ‘You can’t hide behind that cup. I know who you are.’”

But recently, Roach’s best prospect, Lithuania’s Eimantas Stanionis, left him citing inattention and relocated to a Houston training camp.

And following an impressive March junior-welterweight title victory by Central California’s Jose Ramirez, the new champion took his belt and defected to Riverside to train under Robert Garcia for his first title defense.
