Espinoza posted a portion of the contract on twitter. Hearn is trying to split hairs by refusing to refer to the short form contract as a contract, but nobody sends a long form contract until after the short form is agreed to in principle.

The average fan wouldn't realize that, so Hearn is just trying to manipulate people like you who don't know any better. Hearn didn't accept the offer, so a long form contract wasn't sent. Standard procedure.

I submit a written offer to buy your car for $10,000. You say no. Why would I then pay an attorney to draw up a long form contract for an offer that has already been rejected? Doesn't make any sense.
