Evander Holyfield is saying a mouthful. While true, Deontay Wilder may be the least skilled out of three but at the same time he overcompensates it with sheer will, determination, honor, courage and valor.

In addition, he takes risks, he doesn't duck anyone. However, what really distinguishes and sets him apart from all the rest is his one punch game changing knockout power.

That is something that can never be taught. It's something one is born with. Thereby making him in my opinion, while agreeing with Holyfield; The best heavyweight boxer and champion in the world.

Wilder does have great athleticism and power. He is a world champion and I’m not taking anything away from him in that regard but you call out things that so many other have.

You can say that any top level fighter has courage, will, determination because you NEED that to fight to be a world champion! It’s just part of being a professional level fighter.

Absolutely true statements sir! For whatever reason many try to tear him down and he takes it in stride with pride knowing that with one punch he can put down ANY man on Earth. He is able to drop all these guys despite a severe weight disadvantage every fight. Imagine being a welterweight and having to fight Super middle to Cruiser weighs every fight out. In my opinion "The Bronze Bomber" Deontay Wilder is the People's champion. He fights for the fans by giving us the fights that we want to see. He risks not only his undefeated record but also, his health, future and legacy. Not many current Heavyweight boxers and champions can say that.

Moreover, he took two back to back high risks fights against two undefeated opponents who no one wanted to fight in Luis Ortiz and Tyson Fury. If that is not balls then I don't know what balls are. In the Ortiz fight, he was badly beaten up and battered and had to come from behind to secure the knockout victory. He had to bite down and dig deep in order to do so which showed true character.

Then subsequently with Tyson Fury; After being badly outclassed, frustrated and missing most of his punches throughout the fight and down on the judges scorecards; He somehow through sheer will and determination found the intestinal fortitude to nearly KO Tyson Fury in the 12th round with just a single punch.

Any lesser opponent would have thrown in the towel and quit but no not Deontay Wilder. He persisted and it payed off. He was able to retain his title that way.

Now onto your point about he ducked Wladimir Klitschko and he cherrypicked Tyson; Which are both factually incorrect. You are taking press clippings and passing them off as fact.

These are the facts: There's a video on YouTube from the champion's own lips calling out Wladimir Klitschko. However, Klitschko's rebuttal was that Deontay had to step up his level of opposition first.

This was prior to the Keith Jennings fight. so he wanted no part of Wilder and that's fact. He passed up an opportunity to become boxing's first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis.

As far as him calling out Tyson Fury. Come on! You are more intelligent that. You are a boxing fan. So you know the facts. Fury called out Wilder when Joshua refused to sign to him to fight him. Tyson wanted to restore Great Britain's back to its former honor and glory after AJ disgraced it.

So in closing one can say what they will But Deontay Wilder but he is one Hell of a man and a Hell of champion.
