Joshua is lower than 13 percent at fight time, his size gains are obvious PED usage. He looked natural in 2012 and then gained a ton of muscle in 2 years as a pro. Good luck in gaining 20+ pounds of pure muscle being a full time boxer after years of training as an amateur.

Why? Because their heads have grown much bigger in the later pictures.

I've gone from 9 stone when I was 18 13 stone now, all muscle mass, but my head has not double in size and my nose is still in the same proportions to my head.
