As if Eubank got a deduction for throwing him off, he should have warned and deducted degale for crazily excessive holding and lunging in with his head. I was thinking this would be a degale win on boxing but was glad to see Eubank get at him for all that holding, almost stank the place up.. £20 ppv and he's coming in with jab n grab, retire!

Degale is shot and Eubanks will get soundly beaten by Smith.

          Eubank looks undersized for 168?

Degale is shot, time for him to call it a day. Jr needs to stay away from Callum Smith.

Nice career by De Gale, and that's probably it. He won world titles, although you would maybe expect more from an Olympic gold medallist, but not all medallists do that well in the pro ranks. With modern boxing and all the other entertainment formats, it's rare that a fighter can have a good long career with many fights. Nowadays it's not that many years and fights, make your money and get out. Even a rare great fighter today will not have over 100 or 200 fights like Sugar Ray Robinson in the past.

DeGale has never been the same after Badou Jack, but last night he was awful. His timing was nonexistent, his punch resistance close to nil.

Eubank won't go anywhere. He just beat a corpse; the first serious opponent will remove him from the equation.
