No more whaling overhands and missing. A much better composed Eubank Jr.
props to Nate Vazquez, truly improved Eubank Jr. tremendously

Also would have liked to see the trainer on the ring apron between rounds shouting at the ref about the amount of holding and headbutting DeGale was doing. One of the issues with the Eubank corner, if he's getting fouled they just tough it out and don't say nothing.Comment

Eubank Still needs to work on shortening his hooks, and his straight punches. 'He has the ability there in terms of co-ordination, it us just that he has gotten used to punching his way for so long' still a better performance, slowed his pace down and used his energy wisely. He has his fathers durability, does not quite have the punching power but? He has a decent punch at 168, seems abnormally strong in comparison to other 168 fighters, who should really be bulling him about. 'Like a miniature Evander Holyfield in that sense, in terms of physical strength'...
I think Eubank vs Canelo at 160 would be a good fight, and I would pick Eubank Junior to win.Comment

He still looked wild with his balance and some punches. At least he had some sort of a jab tonight though which was good to see. He did what he had to do, so fair play. DeGale is shot to bits though.Comment

So Berto being shot or PAC being shot meant Floyd’s wins over them mean nothing? You must have never seen Eubank fight before nor know that his irresponsibilities were that he didn’t have a proper trainer.Comment

I am thrilled that he beat the hell out of the nasty arrogant disrespectful DeGale. He schooled him the way DeGale claimed he would school Eubank. DeGale talked to Eubank as if Eubank was some little kid he was going to spank. I picked Eubank to beat DeGale because I thought he was the gamer better fighter with the fighting bloodline. DeGale also trashed Groves mercilessly but Groves was able to beat Eubank while DeGale could only win 2 of the 12 rounds. Now DeGale can retire knowing both of the men he has attacked verbally without letup all these years have a win over him. Boxing Scene scored it 117 to 108 for Eubank. Two of the three official scorecards were way too close. It's obvious those in power wanted DeGale to win but Eubank beat him by such a wide margin that they could not steal the win from him.Comment
