I don't know if Plant's mandatory will be due after his homecoming fight, but the Eubank fight is what I said would be happening later 2019 in the fight thread.

Oh, the PBC would definitely put that fight on. Why not? Will be in the states but could be on an UC or headline one of the 30+ dates they have.
