⁉️ After Billy Joe Saunders vs Shefat Isufi was announced for the vacant WBO super-middleweight title, Gilberto Ramirez came out and said he’d never vacated. Now, the WBO have edited their rankings and reinstated Ramirez as champion. Situation with Saunders vs Isufi is unclear.

Sounds like arum and Warren tried to go behind Ramirez back and get him vacated by WBO to gift saunders a free belt. Problem is it makes no sense for Ramirez to give up a belt without a new belt already in hand or a title fight already lined up.

He can take fights at 175 until he's given a title shot at 175 and still call himself a world champ holding on to 168 strap. Being able to call yourself and promote yourself as a world champ has value to fighters especially if you not a superstar name. So it never benefited him to drop the belt now. Only one who benefited by vacating now was Warren and Arum who are now working together. This might force saunders to go back to fighting Andrade makes no sense to fight Isufi if no belt is on the line. lol

It’s hard to believe that Yarde has a chance against Kovalev, but inevitably making Ramirez vs Yarde could be a big fight for Fish Eyes and Arum. If they robbed Pac with Horn, I don’t see why they would with Kovalev. All Horn had to do was survive 12
