Ortiz is a joke. Most overrated fighter in the sport, literally done **** all.
He sought a fight with that big sissy from the UK, but he keeps ducking.

Pretty sure he was mandatory, would have made 5+ mil fighting him. He ran off to fight Wilder for 500k instead.

are you talking about the guy wilder ducked by pretending he didnt know it was standard operating procedure not to put the date and venue on a contract if there were no date and venue decided yet?

If Joyce beats Stiverne and Ortiz beats Hammer...they can fight each other next, why not.

Saw both these guys live. Ortiz may be old but he has some very good skills and power. Joyce is raw but if he hits you clean could be trouble. This might be a great fight because there will be a k.o

Able called the fight off(in a video I recently saw) against Ortiz because he felt Joyce wasn't ready . Good call Sanchez , you saved your man from a good beating.

Nah it's Abel Sanchez that doesn't want the fight yet...not Joyce

Not anytime soon. Here's what Joyce's trainer, Abel Sanchez, had to say:
'‘...there’s no way we’re going to fight Ortiz. We’re not ready for Ortiz,” Sanchez said to IFL TV about not wanting to let Joyce fight Ortiz. “That’s a step where in two more fights, we’ll fight a guy LIKE Ortiz. Right now, it’s Bermane. He’s the type of style I want for Joe; not because he got knocked out by Deontay, but because he has the style that I want for Joe. If we're successful on Saturday, then we’ll start preparing for the next style we want to develop for Joe..."
