Why couldn't Wilder finish Fury?

So you're basically saying Wilder was talking complete bollocks when he said he'd have finished AJ off, if he dropped him like Klitschko did? He's lucky that it didn't get called of and deemed a knock out.
I mean that was a very razor thin decision that 90% of the time would have gone Deontays way.
Answering your question though I believe he tried to get him out of their but maybe in his haste to do so threw boxing 101 out the window and just threw the kitchen sink at Fury and lucky for Fury none connected and he recovered to almost draw the round.Comment

Wilder laughed and said he'd have finished AJ off if he had him hurt like Klitschko did.
But he can't finish off Fury who was knocked stonecold?
Fury different fighter doeComment

Yes I think he would have.
Deontay goes for the kill when he has his opponents hurt.
Furys head movent and footwork didn't allow Wilder to connect again but with AJ he would be like a sitting duck for Deontay to finish him off.Comment

So AJ didn't move his head and roll under a left hook etc immediately after Klitschko knocked him down?
Fury was backing to the ropes and holding on. hardly much footwork or head movement going on
Just excuses.Comment
