Wilder says that's what so great about me in his usual humble fashion. BOMB SQUAD! I doubt Fury will rematch him.

But as usual lames being lames will find a way to make it look like Wilder don’t want the fight. I guess that same logic applies to AJ who was Showtime for years, until a Wilder fight was all but a certainty if Hearn wanted to make it and reallly the biggest fight to be made , but what do you know Hearn announces the DAZn deal and not even have AJ stick around for 1 more fight on Showtime which would have been easier to make when they fight on same network. if AJ would have won would be bringing huge momentum into the DAZN app as being the man with all the straps and you’d think way more then eyeballs then the reported 17k who watched him fight Povetkin.
But yeah keep thinking Hearn wanted the fight last summer and this April to happen and by the looks of it Fury is keen on having a immediate rematch also. Never seen a group of boxing fans have a fighter who you claim is such a easy mark feel so threatened by him and who stays on your guys mind 24/7Last edited by R_Walken; 02-19-2019, 07:26 PM.Comment

Or maybe I agree with the experts because I am exactly what I claim to be?
Maybe you're a mix of ignorant and arrogant? In other word; common.
How can you score the success of a technique you know nothing about? You have to be a techniques and history expert to score fights son. What you do is your best to fill out the scoring criteria ignorant as you are. That's not scoring, and, that explains why you dumb ****s always cry about scoring.Comment

Yeah Wilders a clown negotiating a rematch in good faith not assuming Fury is in the process of secretly negotiating with another platform and most likely all but killing a rematch because so far there has been no fighters fight on different platforms from their own. Most likely Fury didn’t want there to be a possibility of getting clipped again with a guaranteed 5 fight large $ contract on the table. I’m positive that if any other fighter or Wilder pulled that stunt pretending to want the rematch while secretly negotiating with another platform , You wouldnt spin it like your doing. But since Fury did it who you’ve magically become groupie for since a draw with Wilder and it most likely leaves Wilder with out a top opponent. Youre going to act that wasn’t a shady move. I don’t knock Fury make his $ but can’t say fronting like he wanted the rematch and pulling this is a good look on him.

Now look at that bull**** by mr winkle and the dosser has come back to haunt them and now its back to big tittied breazeale and 2 million dollar purses.
Do you want salt to go with this post gumbo i think its hilarious.
As for good faith what about winkle airing negotiations in good faith and making them public on socail media...so don't even mention that gumbo lolLast edited by The plunger man; 02-19-2019, 08:35 PM.Comment

Okay I'll cut to the chase. Yes, a fight is scored round by round and plenty of experts/fighters i.e. Paulie, Lennox, Atlas, RJJ gave Fury enough rounds to negate the knockdowns scorewise and give him the edge to say they believed he won so its not ridiculous for these fans to run with that narrative. You know this which is probably why you've resulted to name calling.
That's three points fighters and a racist voting for a white points fighter over a black puncher
...that's not my argument I just thought is was funny to point out.
it's ridiculous fans listen to former boxers at all.
I get why y'all do it. On the surface it makes sense. A man who does a thing well is an expert at that thing, but, boxing is not a set form of martial art like Shotokan or some ****. A man who is trained to be a points fighter exalts points fighting. A man who is trained to be a puncher exalts punching.
That's why boxing is codified by discretion. Low blows are only illegal if the ref calls them. How many rabbit shots do think Rocky Marciano would call?
Exactly, if you look at history former boxers were our refs, judges, and trainers for a few centuries. They're not allowed to do it so much anymore because they're very, very, biased.
So, yeah, when i talk **** about the **** you here on Youtube, read in article, hear from broadcasters, former boxers, and trainers, all not knowing their ass it's because I mean it son.
Judges are history nerds like me. I know, I talk to them through the IBRO. They're history nerds because judging requires expertise in techniques and the only way to know all the techniques is to know their history.
Boxers are trained and believe in one set of skills over others. They're very bad judges.
You won't see me base my opinion on anyone else's for good reason. I have no reason pass authority onto another which is all you're really trying to do.
It's not fans who are biased they're just listening to RJJ. Well, in that case RJJ is your authority. I am far more expert than RJJ ever was. He can't teach you diddly about sword and shield and if we both shared the same room he'd tell you what I'm talking about ain't even boxing because he spent a lifetime and a career exalting one form and calling that boxing. Just like Floyd's " It's called boxings, the sport is about hitting and not getting hit back" if the sport wasn't about KOs they wouldn't lead to victories. We'd go to the score cards instead....Floyd's a bad judge and a bad teacher for anything beyond his small understanding of boxing.
Would you see Marciano to teach you a jab or Louis? Probably Joe given Joe had a great jab right? Who is more qualified to judge jabs? Joe again right? If you have Rocky judging and one guy is jabbing nicely but another is throwing hooks equally nicely would you be surprised when Marciano scores for the hooks?
It's a low punch count fight bubba, a posture bias in favor of a puncher is all you need for a win for Wilder. A hit and don't be hit back bias is all that's needed for Fury to be seen as better. To see them evenly you need only realize both implemented their gameplan successfully throughout the entirety of the fight.
You have to be an arrogant and ignorant ****head who thinks your way of viewing boxing is the only way to view boxing to tell people their scorecards are wrong.Comment

You're ass ain't never been called expert of anything by anyone your entire life.

Independent ranking totally void of any independent thought? They just happen to agree with most people most of the time?

It's true. Under the right terms and conditions Wilder is free to fight wherever and whomever he so pleases. Just so long the deal is fair and both the promoter and television network are willing to negotiate in good faith; Then anything's possible.Comment
