I was kinda thinking the same thing. Not that Fury stinks. But that Fury’s style will likely only be appreciated by hardcore fight fans. Floyd managed to crossover with a defense-first mentality. But Floyd did it as a villain that people wanted to see beaten. Fury’s performance in and outta the ring against Wilder made him a guy people wanted to cheer for. But he did that as an underdog. I have a hard time seeing Fury and his style maintaining the momentum he built from the Wilder promotion fighting a bunch of no-names.It can backfire for one good reason. Fury stinks. His courage needs to be pushed before it impresses. He's a defensive wizard, that can make a slow night out of New Years eve. We saw what he did with those tune ups. It was Wilder who pushed him to greatness. He was stinking the place out, until he woke up from the coma Wilder put him in.Comment

wilder and joshua have been going at it ten times worse lol. from hearn constantly insulting finkel by calling him names to wilder's team not returning their phone calls. there is a better chance fury vs joshua fight happens. That could happen if AJ and Wilder comes to an agreement. Fury and his team are very disrespectful so I could see that happening. Aj and Wilder would have to sit down and talk by themselves. They both are from Africa so I could see them working together. I have a feeling it will backfire. As a fan it’s sad if it doesn’t happen but can’t blame fury for getting paidComment

This was some Game of Thrones epic backstabbing the Fury Camp and specifically Warren pulled off with Arum.I would presume that the deal includes or shall I say reflects guarantees for fighting both Wilder and Joshua. However, the attitude and prospective that Warren has taken on in this gives me the impression that he's trying to make a power play that likely will leave Fury in the dark.
This deal was done in secret and apparently they were stringing Wilder team along until they got it signed.Comment

At this point I really don’t care who any of them fight they’ve all turned into divasComment

that's where fury will use his personality and outside the ring antics to keep people interested in watching him fight. wilder got schooled in the fight outside of those two knock downs don't get it twisted. It can backfire for one good reason. Fury stinks. His courage needs to be pushed before it impresses. He's a defensive wizard, that can make a slow night out of New Years eve. We saw what he did with those tune ups. Furys not going to make more money in the U.S as he would in U.K,he can profit more now because fans will buy the next PPV that saw the first one while adding more U.K ones that he didn't before.. Even if he did fight in the U.S and make more the win is more important then numbers in the long run ,just like the the Joshua situation where team Wilder trying to finagle a U.S from Joshua the first round of negotiations in April.
Having Tyson fight in the U.S holds no advantage really for him. They know wilder wont be as comfortable knowing he wont be awarded rounds he didn't actually win. I never thought it was smart at all fighting at Barclays, and wondered how Warren wopuld pernmit that, now I see he wont ,it would be incompetent taking a contraversal fight the first time and going to a known wilder owned venue with Dibella.Comment
