Let the 5 hearniacs all jerk off in their own thread about how Wilder/Breazele and Fury/Pulev are going to happen lol
Yeah I actually think this fight would get made still. They would work together, Why? Because the WBC ordered the fight. So maybe it would go to purse bid after all and one network would in the purse bid and put it on their network.

Depends on the quality of the opponent actually

You see why that might be an issue? Fury will be on ESPN next.

Even showtime, am sure they would have matched or improve on the offer from ESPN.

Well it is a lot of money (£80M) for 5 fights. That's around £16m per fight. His biggest paydays so far.

Is there any precedent for an ESPN PPV? Doesnt that fly in the face of their ESPN+ no PPV model?

Bit of a stretch I would say. The chances of the rematch happening next are slim.

They said it makes the Wilder fight ‘more makeable’ despite offering no reasons as to why that is the case.

does ESPN have PPV though? I know they have ESPN+ but I don't see how they recoup their money doing this on cable

Seriously they need to address this right now for the fans.

We've been told for months that the Wilder fight is happening and will be announced soon. Just for this?

I've held out on getting AJ flights and tickets for the annoucment of this fight so they just need to say yes or no whether its happening next or not.

Okay, this was crap DAZN/Hearn fans started when they would lump in ESPN+ with DAZN. Arum NEVER once said he won't have his guys on PPV. In fact, Crawford vs Khan is on PPV. Exclusive deal just means ESPN has to be involved.
