Who ever calls him out of it in an interview would probably get fed to the pigs. Or the interview would be cut short/edited out.

The bottom line is that AJ just doesn't fight often enough. He'll be lucky if he gets two contests this year & for a World champion it just isn't good enough. If he doesn't fight the Fury/Wilder fight this year, then Fa$t £ddie should arrange a whistle stop bum of the month type tour featuring the likes of Kownacki, Rivas, Schwartz, Ortiz/Hammer & Kayabel/Rudenko. As Jack"Doc"Kearns said "TO REST IS TO RUST"!!.......

Lol... I think the author is on crack.

No one be swooning over AJ. Will take a lot more than a pair of over developed biceps and a weird roid belly to get the American market interested.

Even his own uk fan boys are sick of AJs ducking and Eddie's lies.

It became clear when the WBC made the new date for purse bid indefinite.

I wouldn't say I'm team AJ. I just want to see an undisputed fight and then get the big fights happening. Though I'm realistic that it takes years. If I've got a preference it's probably the British boys given I just don't rate the current American crop.

But who is making offers for these big fights? It's Anthony Joshua! Which promoter faces the media and talks about them? It's Eddie Hearn!

I can't quite follow the Joshua and Hearn hatred. One thing nobody disputes is that they are out there making offers.

And fans criticise him when they are rejected. We believe that both Fury and Wilder were offered 60/40? We know that Dillian was ok with his final offer but his only sticking point was that he should make more in a rematch. We know that his offer to Miller was very acceptable and maybe generous.

So the offers are real. The offers are pretty good, maybe even above market. They're being rejected in silence (except Whyte) and yet AJ is apparently ducking.

Are you really sure that it's classed as ducking?

I do agree with this. Especially for guys holding multiple belts, 4 months between fights for 3 a year is long enough. Unless there's an injury or some genuine reason.

Having a fight, then waiting 4 months to announce a fight in another 4 months time is bull****

The only people I see from the uk bashing Joshua online all look like this

Fury is sort of a hero amongst the British underclass for whom Joshua is far too rich and succesful and also PC

Joshua is popular amongst the lower middle class and above

"Rather than having Joshua attempting to clean up or clear out the division, Plan B sees him taking on not so much Miller but the American market."
This kind of purposeful and willful wrongness is what is giving this site a reputation like a drunken Scot Gilfoid article.
A more accurate sentence would read:
"After repeated attempts to get Wilder in the ring for the unification all boxing fans want, Joshua and his team have chosen the next best available heavyweight to take on, and have done it with savvy, setting the scene for an explosive night at MSG."

It could go on to mention that Wilder clearly wants nothing to do with Joshua, after admitting that Hearn is "begging" to make the fight. It could mention that Wilder has run his mouth about "one name one face" and does not back up his loud mouth, but instead goes absolutely silent and won't even answer the phone or respond to e mails. It could also point out that Wembley in front of almost 100,000 fans and all the belts and mega money was available to Wilder, but nope, the guy from Alabama wants none of that.

I believe it is possible that Wilder has hired Russian bot type 'marketing' to disparage AJ, who has done nothing but offer the fight and don so with ever enhanced purse splits, to the point where almost all boxing followers acknowledge that it is far too generous to Wilder what has been offered.

If we truly are boxing fans, we should put our fighter preferences aside and look at the reality. Wilder has made zero effort to make the fight, or compromise at all. He does't want it, and is not being called out for it because of national allegiances. Although credit where it is due, there are a handful of articulate, sensible and realistic USA based youtubers who have posted some vids citing the facts I make above.

Boxing is not what it used to be, or could be. It's a shame.
