  • Comments Thread For: Eubank Sr. Believes Son Could Still Replace Mayweather One Day

CHRIS EUBANK JR could still replace Floyd Mayweather as boxing's pound-for-pound king, according to his father. Eubank Jr is gearing up for a pivotal clash with James DeGale at London's O2 Arena next Saturday. The 29-year-old is looking to rebuild his reputation after suffering another high-profile defeat against George Groves in the semi-final of the World Boxing Super Series last year.

I think this is the straw that breaks the camel's back - the guy has lost it. Does the UK still have those brutal mental asylums that we see in old dracula films? Because Eubank Sr belongs in one of those.

Daddy trying to live his dreams through his son...that kid won't beat DeGale either cause he ain't got no balls when the going gets tough. They both need to seek psychological treatment...the father cause ge's a sick bastard, and the son because his dad fcuked his head up all his life.

              Jnr lacks boxing knowledge
/skills not balls, he’s just as tough as snr, just as deluded too

Again shows how detached Sr. is from reality. Jr. is a better than decent fighter but will never be remembered as a great.

If you knew your boxing ,balls is probably the one thing you would give jnr. I like him to be fair. And yes he has lost every 50/50 fight he has contested. However , if he can’t beat Degale who I believe is battle worn he might as well call it a day. I like his self belief even though his skills don’t tally up
