That is ridiculous. Let’s keep it simple. If you and I are a promoter, should both of our fighters be tested equally for their upcoming fight? Or should you not care that your fighter was twice and mine only once? It’s rather straight forward.

I agree it should be 1-1 just saying iam not sure if that’s how it works . Assuming it does ( as it should ) iam guessing kova had his second test at the end of December

No bro. When fighters are tested, a testing agency has to be consistent with testing dates with the fighters. That would defeat the purpose and an opposing promoter would ask why the date disparity and assume bias, favoritism and corruption. If my guy gets tested on Monday then your fighter will highly get tested Tuesday. Not a random quota fulfillment.
