Brook was not a last minute replacement and GGG was not forced to take the fight just because Eubanks did not take the fight did not mean they has to fight an unproved ww..it is sad ya'll have an excuse for every step the man takes...I guess Rosado was a last minute replacement as well right? as well as all the other trash he fought that ya'll praised

I don't think I've seen anyone outside of some hardcore Mikey fans really hyping this fight. I personally like both fighters and enjoy watching them and like most, I don't really like this fight. I understand Spence taking it though. It's logical. I honestly don't feel he's in a hurry to fight Crawford. I don't like that talk of "cleaning up my side of the street" and then criticizing Crawford but ruling him out. Instead of saying "why it can't happen", I'd rather see him say "How can we make this happen?".

Anyway, it makes sense for Spence. He was called out. If he says no he'd get rabid fanboys and haters crying that he's ducking a lightweight. In reality, Mikey has been fighting at 140 for some time. He fought at 140 in 2016, then vs. Broner, then vs. Lipinets. He's still far too small to be competitive vs. the likes of Spence and Crawford at 147 though.
