Fighting Crawford is a dangerous fight. Fighting Garcia isn't. Spence probably wasn't interested until Haymon told him how much he would make to go upside little man head. Spence isn't concerned about losing the fight he is concerned about how fast it will take him to finish it. This is like a time trial for him.

I actually think this is a lose/lose for Spence, if he wins, he was the natural WW and bigger guy and should have won and if he loses, he lost to a LW moving up in weight. Mikey is easy money for Spence. Crawford is a much tougher fight. Personally I think Spence is too flat footed to beat Crawford. Bud has the advantages in speed and technical ability and 95% of the time I go with the boxer over the puncher. Not that Spence isn't a good boxer but Crawford is on another level in terms of boxing ability.
