It's pretty much a guaranteed that he'll look worse after this fight than he did going into it, unless he knocks out Jermall in a round or two.
WBC ordered it, Canelo fighting Jacobs, Andrade vs BJS rumored to be in negotiations at this point what other route can he take other than a SOFT Touch then Canelo in September if he beats Jacobs I guess
Fans want to just Assume what would happen and go by that and not actually see WTF would happen in the ring because from a fans prospect it is safer to Speculate compared to wanting to see the fight out of fear that their guy could lose and they would have to STFU!Last edited by sicko; 02-15-2019, 01:47 PM.

He will beat down and KO GGG and will give Canelo the worst beating he ever had, maybe even stop him. But put a southpaw in front of him and he looks lost AF.

I think Charlo is the best available opponent for GGG. And he already beat Jacobs (close fight) and Canelo at least once.
If he beats Charlo at 36/37 years old I don't think anyone could deny his ATG status anymore. Specially because Charlo will show after GGG retires that he is the best MW.
BJS could be another good opponent as well. He can come next, after Charlo.

Regarding him becoming an all-time great? Nah. He's already past his best but the fact he had close fights with Canelo who's really not close to a great fighter (and wouldn't be elite in other era's) in his biggest fights and lack of depth in his resume plus fairly one dimensional style point to a guy who'll be remembered as a very good fighter but not great IMO. Imagine GGG/Canelo/Jacobs with Hagler, Monzon, Hopkins, Tiger or even career welterweights like Rodriguez, Griffith, Hearns? They'd not come close to beating these guys.
