I don't have a problem with him fighting exhibitions for a big payday. They aren't sanctioned matches that go on his record, so if he can find someone to pay him $10M for a sparring session, I can't say I blame him. Exhibitions are nothing new and they never hurt anyone's legacy in the past.

Its the grand scope of things. Boxers say sh^t all the time. Ward has talked about fighting Anthony Joshua. Does that hurt his legacy if he doesn't? Plenty of guys have talked coming back & didn't or did & ******. Its not THAT big a deal to a fulfilled legacy.

It seems like many fans just love to make a Floyd thing a bigger thing then they make it for other fighters.

And fair play for Floyd making himself the bad guy to get everyone talking about everything he does even if they dislike him. Thats why he's made the big bucks & is making millions doing something no else is even getting paid for. Floyd is way more intelligent then people give him credit for.

Again I won't argue this sh^t isn't an odd look, but I'm sure Tank won't be mad at making a mill or two for fighting a Japanese kickboxer or mad at being exposed to a new audience in Japan. If Floyd can get Tank KOing The Big Show with brass knuckles at the next WrestleMania that isn't gonna hurt making Tank a more widely known boxer as well.

Lotsa boxing fans are snobs at cross promoting, but if Tank becomes as big a name as Floyd says he'll make Tank extra side sh^t like this only helps grow his name bigger like it or not.
