Broner needs to regroup and consider where his low-risk/high-reward fights are going to come from, because he cannot compete with the top tier welters right now. He also needs to start throwing his hands more. Changing trainers was not the winning formula.

I'd still like to see an eliminator between him and Danny Garcia for a shot at rematch with Porter.

I’m speculating here, compared to a Spence that is intent both in his fights and in sparring to walk you down. Any fighter that adopts that tactic of walking fighters down has to have some belief in their chin( not saying slick movers have weak chins) because they are there to be hit

When Thurman was hit he was like a deer in headlights. Bouncing back startled and getting hit again. Tells me he is not used to being in that situation.

I will always favour a boxer to a slugger but the way Thurman fought the last 3 rounds against DannyGaria was horrible. Injury or no injury that was running. His power I’m beginning to discover is overrated
Thurman has power but it aint natural power. It's power that he worked on in the gym to develop.

That's why it doesn't last the full 12 rounds because he is basically 'forcing' the power out of his body.

So as he gets tired his power begins to wayne and by the time he reaches the late rounds (8 to 12) he is basically just pitty pattying you as he can't generate or force that power out of his body anymore.

With Thurman you just have to basically survive the first five or six rounds and after that you no longer have to worry about getting stopped.

So Adrien Broner is beneath him? That's an interesting viewpoint considering he just barely survived a war with Josesito Lopez.

Thurman had his comeback fight now go see Crawford, Spence, hell rematch Porter, AB needs to go to 140 and get some wins.

You gotta consider opposition level in this one. Lopez and Thurman..who have each faced. Then Lopez hurtin Thurman isn't a big surprise as he faced better opponents..even in losses

Nah he call out pac man right after the fight. Since many beat Broner fair and square had him up 10-2 and broner lost 3 or 4 out of his last 7 he simply doesn't deserve another shot. Hasn't had a notable win in a long time, barley beat his sparing partner, changed the contracted weight a week or two before the fight. Maybe he can win some fights at 140? Mikey beat him at 140 tho Broner won 3 rds. I think the best Broner looked in years was the draw against Vargas. Thurman vs Pacquio makes sense and Id like to see it. There both PBC. Im kool with Vargas rematch.
