And I can't even put any stock in that. Probably the best thing Garcia has going for him is that he has pretty good footwork and controls distance pretty well and Broner has some of the worst footwork of any so called champion from this era. That was a style matchup in favor of Garcia.

His resume isn’t filled with killers but it’s far from sh.it

Broner maybe his best scalp while not earth shattering. So far he is the only non WW so far to beat Broner , besides Broner his last 3 opponets were all unbeaten World Champs and he has a couple other decent scalps on his CV

There’s lots of fighters who’s resume you can sh.it on , Don’t think Mikey is really one of them especially when you consider his time away

For his era. Sure. In eras past it's beyond worse than sh.it.

Saying it’s worse then sh.it is a bit of a over statement In my Opinion

          But To be fair

Mikey’s resume can’t be honestly judged until his career is done. He was out for 2+ years and he’s just recently put himself in position to get / attract decent names

When you compare fighters from previous eras you get the benefit of looking at their entire resume.

Mikey seems like a very good fighter but I don't think he's a great fighter. Not sure what others are seeing in him to think he's great...Maybe I'll see it when he fights Spence. Mikey definitely has solid fundamentals though. If he's a great fighter he should be able to give Spence plenty of trouble. If he's just good or ordinary, he'll be KO'd. I think Spence will beat him up. Hope I'm wrong though.

Mikey should have made a fight with Pacquiao..Better money, bigger name. I would bet on Manny to beat Mikey though.

Mikey Garcia is one of those boxers who look pretty ordinary yet always seem to get the job done, the 'looks ordinary' is his PR problem which maybe is why he decided to take on Spence. To make a statement. He takes care of the basics which may be unexciting but which a lot don't even though they look better.

It's a bit of a LOL to think that Packy would beat him, just wait and see which easy beat Packy will honour next with a fight, it won't be Mikey Garcia.

It can lie but people who can really assess talent can predict success more often than not. Guys who know boxing are like baseball or basketball scouts, arguably less, or more knowledgeable.

And what I failed to mention in that post that also is important here, is that triangle theories don't work in boxing, and styles make fights.

Both are self explanatory, but I can elaborate in tour anoose further if you like fam.
