I wish one of these reporters would ask Tank (5'5") to respond to Gary Russell Jr. (5'5") saying he would consider fighting Tank @ 130 this year! Tank wants a homecoming fight! I can't think of a better opponent for a battle in the DMV! MAN UP!

I like Loma but sometimes the commentators be worshipping everything he does like he's untouchable, even when he gets hit they are like : "Wow look at Loma refusing to go down and persevering OH MY!!" lol

Loma is a good fighter it's the media that makes you cringe at times.

Davis needs to fight him soon I don't know what the hold up is. I think if they can make the fight happen it needs to be made. I don't like the let it marinate idea on this one.

Loma has a money UK fight with Crolla, a unification fight with Commey it he could fight Easter or maybe Berchelt!

But, none of those fighters have the brewing star power that Davis has and he would be the biggest payday for Loma besides Crolla!

If more and more people talk about this fight including casuals then ESPN/Showtime will bend!

Loma needs Tank??? You got that backwards. Right now Loma is the one with all the buzz around him. Tank is still unproven. He beat a weight drained Pedraza. Lets see if/when Tank fights Berchelt how that goes. Let him unify 130. Meanwhile, Mikey will either have to get back to 135 at some point or vacate his title. Loma can be undisputed by end of 2020.

Exactly. Loma fought Gary Russell, Rigo, Jorge Linares, Nicolas Walters etc..He has fought way better opponents than Davis ..Davis would have already lost if he fought any of those fighters....

None of those fighters are a serious threat to Tank and you know it. Now Tanks a punk but he’s a damn good fighter.

i would have thought it was great timing for this fight now with lomachenko coming back from injury but then again tank may be accused of waiting and then calling for the fight after his injury but running a mile when he was hot, so he cant win this one now. Hes young too and obviously does not feel he could win the fight, at the moment. Maybe in 2 years this could be a real p4p matchup if both guys keep going.

I think they are trying to market Tank in the right way, the only issue there is he wouldn't improve with the level of opposition they would have him fighting.

Then tank would end up as a market product more than a great boxer.

They actually making a fraud of boxing, matching him with midgets and fake belts.
