We all know, Ellerbe and Floyd are scared to **** that Loma totally exposes the kid, but come on, at least fight somebody in his own weightclass for once? Farmer called him out, Berchelt would fight him, Ito or that guy who just beat Machado, whoever.
Do you honestly think that Lomachenko would've stop up to that right hook? Lol

He can fight bigger guys just what Paquiao did! PPV star in the making! But Floyd would not allow Tank to be like Pacquiao?! A jealous coward TBE?!

I was really trying to reserve judgement on Davis cause he does have talent, but after hearing that he's fighting tenshin next in Japan I truly c him as a joke now, Adrian broner 2.0! Again he's fighting a smaller dude, WHO'S NOT EVEN A BOXER, and who just got beat on by Floyd. Boxing is bad enough with all the politics and corruption, but Floyd straight wants to turn it into the WWE. I swear he'd sell his momma's soul for a dollar. SMH

Ruiz is the part of the problem. This ****er agreed to fight understanding that he has no chance in competing few rounds and yet threw BS comments about how ready he is. If there is no btch willing to take those money, we wouldn't see useless fights like this.

What's pathetic is the fact that Tank Davis Hardly ever fights but when he finally does, he fights dudes ranked out of the top 5 from weight classes below his, while barely being able to make his own weight. This includes Mares and the guy tonight. They couldn't find a guy from 130 to take the fight instead of someone from lower weight classes? It's not like Tank has some huge fight lined up next where he can't risk having a tough fight last night.

This guy needs to find an opponent in his own weight class first off, and someone in the top 5, or move up to 135 and start fighting guys there.

He made 1 million dollars last night, that's the reason these guys don't fight anyone worth a damn. They get paid great money for fighting nobodies. Why would they bother stepping up the competition.

It's funny, Lomachenko had 3 or 4 in-house fights in a row where his opponents quit with no apparent injury. Ruiz had blood spewing out his nose and look like his jaw got re-arranged after the right hook but this is considered a sham fight?

Whether Davis is avoiding Lomachenko or not, you can tell he is fast, accurate, and has devastating power. Russell was fast but didn't necessarily have that kind of power. And his footwork was horrible. Walters hit hard but wasn't fast at all. Plus he quit so that was suspect. Rigondeaux was smaller in size and moved up 2 weight classes himself. Plus he also quit, which was suspect.

I still think Davis could/would hold his own against Lomachenko

Sure, why not? How about put him in vs Canelo, but wait until Canelo is relatively inactive and is 36 or 37 yrs old, and fight him at 147? That would be the same as Pacquiao fighting DeLahoya. What an accomplishment that would be.
Better yet, how about Tank vs Pacquiao at 135?

Would you praise the jealous coward if he let him or chastise him?

Of course he crushed him, the guy(Ruiz) not only took the fight on short notice, but came up 2 divisions..Totall mismatch.

Actually, I think I'm anxious to see him against Loma because I know what is going to happen, Tank is going to get blown out of the water.

He went from fighting #7 in the division below him in Mares, a dude past his prime and on the way out, to fighting a nobody, ranked #37 in the division below him. Sorry If I don't jump on his bandwagon for fighti a complete tincan but he is what he is.........a fabrication that will be exposed soon enough.
Really? And let me guess 27 fights in Mike Tyson was also facing tin cans? He didn’t fight for a belt until his 28th fight. Tank already has his and is 21 fights into his career. People today forget boxing of Old and are a culture of instant gratification dolts. He is fighting at a pace that has been consistent with the history of boxing. In fact the guy had a hell of a record. I guess Tyson first round KOs were all tin cans just because he KOd them in devastating fashion. I wonder if people actually know boxing history or spew nonsense in their emotional states?
