Krusher would beat him imo. Smith wouldn't have his usual size advantage.

Would be a good fight, Smith has the frame to fight at 175 and i think he would move up sooner or later anyway when he can't make weight anymore.

Why the f would Kovalev want to fight him anyway? What's the upside?

Kovalev needs to focus on unifying.

Not the usual one but he'd still probably be bigger

He only want to fight Kov because he is an old man, he should fight one of the other champions like Beterbiev or Gvozdyk then we'll he how he copes.

              Why not fight Bivol instead?

Exactly! Bivol just signed with MatchRoom and DAZN, and he's fighting Joe Smith Jr. soon! I'm sure Bivol would love to fight Callum Smith! I hate when guys call for fights they know they won't have, but don't ask for the most obvious ones!

Bivol signs deal with Matchroom, fights Smith on DAZN in March

Dmitry Bivol and World of Boxing have signed a promotional deal with Matchroom Boxing USA and the Russian will defend his WBA World Light-Heavyweight title against Joe Smith Jr live on DAZN in the US and on Sky Sports in the UK in March.
