I am just curious how when Wilder fought an former Unified and CURRENT LINEAL CHAMPION he was ridiculed because Tyson Fufy was washed up and out of shape yet a short 350 pounder who has neither beaten any top fighter nor even been in a title fight before is being praised by AJ fans as a GREAT MOVE
Miller ain't fresh out of a 3 year rehab course and is known for having good stamina and workrate especially for a guy of his size "but don't let a little thing like facts get in the way".
Also what AJ fans are saying this is a "Great move"?
It's a decent fight another top ten opponent and not much better out there since Ortiz has already been scalped. Also if your not rating Miller because he hasn't beaten top guys then you can't rate Ortiz much.
Plenty of Wilder fans have said this is a good fight for AJ as well to take, even that pennausaken guy that borders on ******ation with his "Eddie ***** and AJuice are frauds" x5 posts on the same thread in a row said it's good fight.

Nice.
Though you did kind of change the narrative.
One guy is an out of shape CHAMPION and sorry it was NOT his first fight in three years. You can say they were POOR QUALITY FIGHTS. You can say they were EASY FIGHTS but Fury had fought two tune ups before his title fight. He was an a CHAMPION working himself in to shape. One who has great Stamina, quickness and movement for a Man that size.
Now if you are dismissing those fights because his opponents were bums then you have to be dismissive of Millers resume as well.
I am merely saying that you cannot knock one fighter for fighting an out of shape CHAMPION and praise another for fighting a 350 pounder.
Waiting 9 months to see him fight a fat can. Hearn is ruining AJ's rep big time.even the brit fans realise now they are being taken for mugs. Even though i like AJ i appreciate that THE man at heavy now will be the winner of the Fury Wilder rematch.
Remember when AJ backtracked on his claim of "50 mil & I sign today" which after ducking became "the offers legit but I can't be disloyal to my fans by making them fly to America, that would be cheating them & it wouldn't be right or fair for them,Im the cashcow that needs to fight in front of my loyal fans, the challengers need to come to me"
It's difficult to "sign today" when the other side won't even show you a contract.
What a joke! But no surprise that phoney Joshua would take this fight. After all he has a good chance of defeating the modern day Butterbean and once again Hearn can brag how Joshua is the best. I guess with all the old heavyweights retired and all the smaller guys too much of a threat Butterbean Miller is a payday and certainly better than risking it all against Fury, Wilder or Ortiz!! This fight is Joshua's best bet , he can safely fight at home, get a rematch clause, control the officials and the ring which gives him a slightly better than 50-50 chance of beating Butterbean
Nice side step. Okay here just for the sake of argument let's say you are right. There never was the 50 million dollars. Conceded.
What does that have to do with him saying he only wanted to fight in the UK for his fans and he is now taking a fight in the US versus a 350 pounder?
He won't come to the US for what his own team says was the BIGGEST fight in boxing but will come to the US for a SMALLER payday.
Why?
You don't need to concede, the $50m existed, it was just bogus.
It made more sense at the time because Joshua was and is a bigger draw in the UK than Wilder is in the States. Wilder, at the time, had not been a PPV fighter plus the Fury PPV numbers weren't exactly mind-blowing. Surely that makes sense?
80,000 fans in Wembley and a career high payday then a rematch in the States regardless? That makes good business and boxing sense.
