Big step up. This is the first real fight for Stevenson. I was never a big fan of Diaz but he was heavily hyped and groomed to be the next PR star. Top Rank thought very highly of him and Arum manipulated his way to a fast shot at the vacant WBO title. He got upset to Ito and now Arum trying to cash him out? Diaz is still young only 24 entering his prime and has pop it's a dangerous fight. If Stevenson wins and looks good he getting a title shot quickly maybe by the end of the year.
