Fact is when Garcia talked of a fight with Loma at 135, Loma and his promoter did not respond with the same energy or eagerness to make the fight. Fact is Linares put Loma on his azz and was very live in their fight before catching the body blow. Fact is Pedraza gave Loma all he could handle in his first fight at 135.
