If he agrees to fight, he's going to want a big split which in turn is going to displease Whyte. Unfortunately I don't think this is going to happen.
    Yes, that's a good point.

If Whyte is thinking that he has to make at least as much as he made from Chisora for every fight from now on, then Breazeale is not an option, at least not in the UK, on Sky PPV. UK fans only know Breazeale as a guy who got KO'd very easily by AJ, and he would want at least 50/50 from Whyte.

It's possible that DAZN might be willing to throw some money at it if it happened in the States though.

I doubt Breazeale will accept the date! He doesn't want to lose his mandatory spot! The WBC should have forced him to fight Whyte or Ortiz already! I wouldn't mind seeing Whyte vs. Kownacki if Breazeale is scared! MAN UP!

They didn’t avoid Parker. Parker was in attendance at Wilder/Washington with the fight all but signed, it was even being reported as a done deal. Arum put the breaks to that.

And I’m not critical of the move, Parker was going to lose against either, why not earn more doing it?

Wilder/Whyte happens if AJ is guaranteed next. In my opinion that happens instead of Fury, but let’s be honest here, you and I will agree on everything except wilder/AJ stuff lmao

Good fight but will DB take it?

Nobody is paying Breazele on this side of the pond either. He’s made more money in his career stepping aside to let guys fight Wilder.

He would be dumb to take it, unless he's getting over paid to do so, lets be honest he's going to get KTFO by Wilder and for how much? 1m to 2m dollars tops? So if he gets an offer of 5m dollars from Team Whyte then its a no brainer.

That's the route I could see Hearn going with, pay him well to entice him into the fight. It's almost a 50/50 for me. Whyte more polished but Breez is just as tough as Whyte and can hit hard.

Good fight. I'd take Whyte to win and it's a good scalp on is ever improving resume.

Breazeale would be risking his long awaited shot at Wilder though. So he'd want a good fee. He would probably get more against Whyte though.

I'm not sure Ortiz will be in the frame. He's been very flat in front of UK fans, and is high risk low reward. So if Breazeale doesn't come off, maybe Povetkin is an option?

If this fight gets made respect to both guys on risking what was a guaranteed, sooner or later, title shot.

And it should be a fun fight. Whyte is looking pretty beatable for maybe the 4th best guy in the division & Breazeale is pretty basic, but has this never say die belief or w/e that's gotten him outta some dire situations & clutching victory from the jaws of defeat. Both guys are compelling to watch for those reasons so this could be a foty contender right here.

                      Great PPV.
Is Bud vs Khan going to be in the UK???

I assumed that was going to be a TR/ESPN card in the US. I obviously didn't pay attention to the particulars either way.
