Yup exactly. Although neither has a win over prime Kovalev. Not so much their fault though because Kovalev is the one who showed up out of shape to both Ward fights, denying Ward an opportunity to beat prime Kovalev (but Ward failed to cleanly take advantage of the opportunity he was given to dominate or even fairly beat out of shape Kovalev, so that part is on him), and to the first Alvarez fight. Alvarez did have a chance though, unlike Ward, in this second fight to at least beat an in shape Kovalev, though IMO not still prime at least not athletically, and he couldn't do it this time. That's boxing.

For starters, anyone who watched the first Kovalev vs Ward knows damn well Kovalev really won that fight. Second, anyone who watched the second one saw Ward hit Kovalev three consecutive punches below the belt (it;s on film for you deniers) that the referee refused to acknowledge before he stopped the fight because Kovalev was bent over from those below the belt blows.
