Naw, Pac is the best of our era. We might not ever see a weight climber \ risk taker like him again... He's smaller than your favorite Welters and better and his crazy career is still not over yet! Give props when props are due!Pacquiao isn't the best of this era because you and some of his delusional fans say he is. After their fight no one was saying that. Not boxing fans or the boxing media. The fight pretty much cleared that up.
Mayweather fans wasn't criticizing anyone for asking to fight a 38 year old Mayweather. Maybe one or two people but it wasn't the consensus. People ARE saying it about Canelo NOW but that's because Mayweather has been essentially retired for going on 3 years now. I would think even you would agree its a little late for that's to happen now.Comment

YOU DO REMEMBERR THAT Thurman had that fake belt as well before it was upgraded by the WBA. He did not win that it was upgraded. Regardless, Pac can beat Thurman. This thread is about Pacquiao, not Floyd. Butt hurt Pac fans always try to twist things around, but never make any sense.
This is about Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr, Porter, D. Garcia, K. Thurman.
I think Pac will want a real belt, not the fake one he has, so that eliminates Danny Garcia. If he fights one of the other guys you can't even call it a unification, because he isn't the Champion. Secondary belts are a complete joke, and only exist so ABC's can make more money with sanction fees.
So, Keith Thurman or Porter/Ugas winner, or Spence/M. Garcia winner. I'm thinking he goes with Thurman. Pac historically prefers to fight guys coming off losses or at least poor performances.Last edited by flojspot80; 02-05-2019, 12:39 PM.Comment

And Thurman actually ducked Vargas..change his mind for his first fight after a long time and chosen Lopez where he was almost KOd. lmao....Mathysse last fight was a KO before fighting pac. Brandon Rios was competitive against Danny before that lazy jab. You don't know anything about fighter leveling.SMH, You talk about when Floyd was 38 and people getting criticized for calling out an old man? Guess what, at 38 the old man beat Pac when he was 4 yrs younger than he is today.
I noticed Pac is back to "my promoter chooses who I fight". We all know at this stage especially he chooses who he fights.
His best chance to win of those he mentioned style-wise would be Danny Garcia. Second best chance would be the current version of Thurman. Porter would give Pac Jeff Horn type nightmares with his head butting style. Spence would end Pac's career. If Mikey Garcia somehow wins a decision vs Spence, (although unlikely) he would be a good choice, still a loss for Pac but not a dangerous one.
Anyway, go ahead Pac! Props to you for being willing to step up in class. Guys like Broner, Rios, Bradley, shot Matthysse, Algieri, Vargas, Horn, are second tier fighters. Now's the time to see what you really have left. Even Floyd at 38 was only a shell of his former self, and a safe fight. What do all these guys have in common? Not big punchers, with the exception of Matthysse, who was shot.
Be careful what you wish for Pac.Comment

I agree with almost everything you said except that all the things you or I give him props for doesn't necessarily make him the best. I'm willing to give him a very close SECOND best. If he had beat Mayweather I wouldve gladly call him the best, hands down. However, I can't give him that title because he lost THAT fight.
Good post btw.Comment

No, you STFU, this is not Packy's Fanbois Forum so for and against discussion is what it's supposed to be about. Of course fanbois like you don't like that but that is just too bad for you.Comment
