Ward better stay in retirement. KING KOV might kill someone unifying the titles!!!
Ward doesn't want any part of Kovalev a 3rd time around, he knows King Kov figured him out, and legitimately beat him the first time around, and knows he might be the next body as a rejuvenated and motivated Kovalev comes for the titles.

Lol. Rejuvenation favors Ward more than Kovalev. Kova’s head has been more battered in the Eleider series than the Ward series combined. Had Thurman not had an injury or acted depressed like Fury for 2 years he would’ve KO’d Lopez the same way he did to Karass. Who would’ve thought that Fury could box Wilder with such a long layoff.
Don’t assume Kovalev would beat Ward a 3rd time. The odds would favor Ward, and if Kova keeps gasping for air the late rounds then it would be harder for him at Cruiser, where Ward might fancy the challenge there.
Most likely the same fans that rubbished him or bailed on him when he lost to Alvarez.
Not loaded wraps, he’s a real dude, but it’s funny how people are showing guts to back him now when he’s on top and rubbish him when he loses.

Back on top? Let’s see if he can unify against real threats in his division instead the straps he gained through Bhop. Bivol and Beterbiev will review tape of Alvarez 1 bout, Kova can be hurt against real ones, and Ward wasn’t heavy handed at 175. These other champs can go in with mean intentions.

That’s true, but to get to his chin you have to be able to get past those rapid sharp shots that can knock you out or at least down at a moments notice.
There was a reason Alvarez didn’t just wade in and open up.
It makes for interesting matches, I wouldn’t assume any of the Light Heavyweights would have a guaranteed win over Kovalev. He’s a very good boxer with fast hands

We will also have to see how Beterbiev handles Kovalev's power.
Kovalev is coming for their hearts, minds, and souls.
Kovalev fans comes out of hiding after he got knocked out is kinda funny but...NO!
That last night doesn't beat Ward, he boxed well and his stamina while it was still shacky from the 5th - the 8th Round he was able to get that second wind and finish strong but a lot of that was on Alvarez...I don't know WTF Alvarez was doing last night to be honest. He kinda just Freestyle that fight last night, seem like he had no gameplan or anything, I thought the gameplan was to let him wear himself out but even when Kovalev was tired Alvarez did LESS

Realistically Gvozdyk, after Adonis, could psychology destroy Kovalev. Gvozdyk like Bivol and Beterbiev are all heavy handed. The 34 year old Alvarez imo is a taster for bad dudes who are going to seriously hurt Kovalev. It’s a good Division, and Kovalev is the weakest Champion having been KO’d twice in recent years.
