Well played Eddie Hearn, hope your stadium is empty for these 2 awful fights.
We get it you're a Wilder fan boy but Ortiz's record just doesn't stand up to scrutiny ...

    boxrec ratings

    AJ 235
    Wilder 116
    Fury 99
    Whyte 94
    Povetkin 92
    Miller 83
    Pulev 78
    Ortiz 62 <==
    Brezeale 56

AJ has acquired nearly 4x the points on the basis of the better quality of opposition fought to Ortiz.

This post ^^^^^^^^^ proves how much boxing has changed!!..When I was coming up..saying something like that would’ve gotten you clowned..but times have definitely changed!!...Boxers not fighting other fighters because they called them bad names

Whyte's ACTIONS tells me everything I need to know about him...his WORDS are meaningless...he’s a fraud

Given Joshua and Whyte are probably the two highest ppv stars in the uk at the moment I doubt they will be fighting in empty arenas.

Both have strong resumes as of late and for clarity Ortiz is one of the three Whyte has mentioned - although he has a fight scheduled.
Ortiz hasn’t beaten ANYONE yet though so hard to say he’s deserving anyway.

The top four last five fights for reference, look at the gulf between AJ and the rest. Wilders and Fury both have one decent win, a draw and 3 bums
Whyte has one decent win on Parker, 3 ok but nothing special and one bum.

          Joshua:
          Povetkin
          Parker (unification)
          Takam
          Klitschko (unification)
          Molina

          Wilder:
          Fury (drew)
          Ortiz
          Stiverne
          Washington
          Arreola

          Fury:
          Wilder (drew)
          Planeta
          Seferi
          Klitschko
          Hammer

          Whyte:
          Chisora
          Parker
          Browne
          Helenius
          Tann

To be honest I am more interested in how the lessers stack up to one another than seeing them waste Champ's time while they are sorting out who the real Champ is. Dillian, Dom, Luis, Kubrat, etc. those dudes could be putting on great fights by fighting one another. I'd be more interested in them and their fights if they were.

This can crushing to the title BS just makes me not care. I start watching their fights after the fact on Youtube if at all and then if they do get to shove themselves into title contention I'd just be upset Wilder, Fury Or Joshua is fighting one of them rather than each other.

Kick the other can crusher's asses, get a real goddamn resume, and then I'll actually be excited to watch you fight the champ.

            I like Dill-Dom. It's a real good fight I reckon.

Agree AJ has fought better opponents than Ortiz, what is your point

Whyte called Ortiz out before Christmas and then went completely silent when Ortiz agreed to fight him anywhere, and went with Chisora fight. Now Whyte has suddenly remembered his name again, as soon Ortiz gets a fight booked in... lol

Whyte won the lottery against parker with that Head Butt KD and still finished the fight flat on his back, begging for the final bell.
