Kovaleve blamed john david jackson when he lost to ward, but it was his drinking and his not listening and doing whatever he wanted. When kovalev hired the russian coach, he said it was a much better fit because he can understand him and because he respects him and takes his advice and because he actually teaches him something. He said john david taught him nothing. Now he leaves the russian coach and says he over trained, and that buddy has taught him so much and he listens to him 100%. Kovalev has never once placed blame on himself. When u hop from trainer to trainer, its usually not wise. I never heard kovalev place blame wherr it belongs. On himself. So i can't see how he will improve, if he can't even be realistic
