I find it hard to believe he's completely innocent. Maybe she's embellishing her story and that could hurt her getting too greedy going for the jackpot but surely if there's legit injuries and reports then he's guilty? I do find it strange he was in her home yet she's not suing for breaking and entering and I do find the image of him jumping out of the bushes utterly hilarious.

BUT THIS:

simply doesn't add up (how did he get out so quickly? You really think that would be the first place he goes after?).. Obviously she invited him over (that night). Obviously, there is more to this "story".
