Damn I hope Kovalev has proof that this didn't happen. The law always believes the woman in these situations.

Incidentally in this situation the victim has injuries to proof this assault occurred. Kovalev is screwed in terms of doing jail time.

Did TMZ show the evidence such as medical records or pictures of her injuries or did TMZ just quote her saying she had these injuries? Did she post on her twitter pics of her injuries and or hospital records. Serious question not being sarcastic.

Never mind I read the TMZ article and it did not present any evidence it just said "she claims" Kov caused such injuries.

It is already an odd case. Alleged victim says Kov followed her home, uninvited. She claims he pinned her to her couch. So how did he get inside her home? Why would she let a guy into her home who showed up uninvited? Her statement makes no sense. How does an uninvited guy who followed her home end up on her living room couch? He did not force himself into her home, because the charges would reflect this.

I mentioned this in an earlier post. How did Kov pop out of her bushes at 4am if he was just arrested a few hours earlier. In a small town noway is he going to get arraigned and bailed out after hours. More than likely he would of had to stay overnight. Th earliest possibility of him getting released would be late morning, but more likely in the afternoon. If it was a weekend he might of had to stay the whole weekend in jail.

Perhaps people should consider the following.
He's a pro, a former world champion who has killed at least 1 boxer in the ring.

If cops and/or D.A. believed with certainty that this happened as she claims, would they not have tried to have bail denied as he would be a grave menace to society?

Also consider that most such law suits commence after a guilty verdict or at least after the criminal trial commences.

Again we have to wait to see the evidence. If it's proven that he did it, he isn't flying back home. And also gonna lose a lot of $$$.

But we don't know right now.
